Best Witches cards and treat box
For the cards  and treat box I stamped the images on watercolour paper (Fluid 100 5" x 7" Watercolour Paper - item 149612) using Stazon Jet Black Ink (item 101406) and watercoloured the images using Stampin' Up! inks and watercolour pencils.  I also used the Stazon Jet Black Ink to stamp the sentiments.  For all die cutting I used my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (item 149653); the main adhesive used was Multipurpose Liquid Glue (item 110755); and additional tools used were Paper Snips Scissors (item 103579), Paper Trimmer (item 152392), Bone Folder (item 102300), and the Take Your Pick tool (item 144107) - which is very handy for picking up and positioning small embellishments such as the Decorative and Matte Black Dots!
For this 5 7/8" x 3 7/8" side-fold card I used the following additional supplies:

I made the co-ordinating envelope from a piece of the Black & White Designs DSP using an envelope punch board, and the 5/8" orange and white gingham ribbon I used to tie the bow around the envelope I found at Dollar Tree!
Additional supplies used for this 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" top-fold card:
  • Crumb Cake cardstock (item 120953) for the card base and sentiment tag;

  • Basic Gray ink (item 149165) sponged through two of the Artistic Mix Decorative Masks (item 159178) to create the background - additional Basic Gray ink and Memento Tuxedo Black ink (item 132708) sponged around the edges;

  • Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker (item 100082) for the splatters on the image and inside panels.
For this 3 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" wide x 1" deep treat box I used the following additional supplies:
  • a 9 1/2" x 4 1/2" piece of Basic Black cardstock (item 121045) - scored on the 9 1/2" side at 1", 4 1/2", 5 1/2" and 9" (the 1/2" tab is the side glue tab); and scored on the 4 1/2" side at 1";
  • scalloped edge die from the Scalloped Contours dies (item 155560) to cut the Basic Black cardstock scallops - I trimmed the scalloped strip down to use three scallops on the top front of the box and one scallop on each of the top sides;
  • Stylish Shapes dies (item 159183) to cut the watercolour paper square frame with circle window - the watercolour paper frame was coloured using Pumpkin Pie ink (item 147086) and lightly spritzed with water (Stampin' Spritzers - item 126185);
  • Tailor Made Tags dies (item 155563) to cut the sentiment tag (coloured using Basic Gray ink - item 149165);

  • Black & White Designs 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (item 159861) for the front and back panels.  Behind the frame's window I glued a piece of Basic Gray/Basic Black striped patterned paper from the Black & White Designs DSP;
  • Granny Apple Green patterned paper from the 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Assortments - Brights (item 159258) for the side panels; and
  • Matte Black Dots (item 154284) - a small and a large added to the bottom of the frame.
Scary Cute treat boxes
For these two little treat boxes I sponged the watercolour paper panels with Pumpkin Pie ink (item 147086), Mango Melody ink (item 147093), and Basic Gray ink (item 149165) - and lightly spritzed with water (Stampin' Spritzers - item 126185).  The silhouette images, and the sentiments were stamped using Stazon Jet Black Ink (item 101406).  Splatters were added using my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker (item 100082).
For this 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1" deep lidded treat box I used the following additional supplies:
  • for the bottom of the box a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Basic Gray cardstock (item 121044), scored at 1" on all four sides;
  • for the lid of the box a 5 9/16" x 5 9/16" piece of Basic Gray cardstock - also scored at 1" on all four sides;
  • Black & White Designs 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (item 159861) for the lid's top and side decorative paper panels;
  • Stylish Shapes dies (item 159183) to cut the image circle;
  • Basic Black cardstock (item 121045) for the bats - to add a little sparkle to a few of the bats I "painted" them with black glittered nail polish (courtesy of Dollar Tree!) - to add a little dimension I lightly curled a few of the wings; and
  • Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon (item 156485) for the bow tied around the lid of the box.
I used a 1" circle punch to make the thumb notches in two opposite sides of the lid - after gluing on the DSP panels.  I glued on all the DSP panels before completing the assembly of the lid.

And finally . . .

For this 5" tall x 2 1/4" wide x 3/4" deep top fold-over treat holder, which holds one 42 g package of the Reese's Sticks, I used the following additional supplies:
  • a 6 1/2" x 7 1/2" piece of Basic Black cardstock (item 121045) scored on the 6 1/2" side at 3/4", 3", 3 3/4", and 6" (the 1/2" tab is the side glue tab); and scored on the 7 1/2" side at 1" and 1 3/4" (top), and 6 3/4" (3/4" bottom of the box).  Along the top of the 6 1/2" side, with the 3/4" score line on the left, I trimmed off the top 1" from the left side edge to the 3 3/4" score line.  The 3/4" top tab on the front panel is glued to the inside of the front panel - this creates a snugger fit for the fold-over "lid";
  • Black & White Designs 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (item 159861) for the decorative paper panels for the front, back, and sides of the box.  I glued on the front DSP panel first and then used the smallest circle die from the Layering Circle dies (item 151770) to cut the thumb notch;
  • Perfectly Penciled 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper (item 159244) for the decorative paper matting panel for the image panel;
  • Basic Black cardstock for the matting panel and label (base for the watercolour paper heart cut using the Gingerbread House dies - item 159718 - and coloured using Pumpkin Pie ink);
  • Fabulous Frames dies (item 159163) to cut the Basic Black cardstock label;
  • Stampin' Dimensionals (item 104430) to attach the matted image panel over the ribbon - I cut 4 of the Dimensionals in half - using four of the halves on each side of the ribbon (I used 3/8" black gross grain ribbon from my stash to tie around the box before adding the matted image panel); and
  • Classic Matte Dots (item 158146) - two of the large Basic Gray dots added to the Basic Black cardstock label.
