Friendly Hello Project Trio

Hello!  Today I am sharing another Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration product project (or a project trio!)  Sale-A-Bration is a great opportunity to get some exciting free products while stocking up on your crafting supplies but unfortunately it ends on February 28, 2022!

For my projects today I have used the Friendly Hello 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper + Friendly Hello Stamp Set (item 159990), which are one Sale-A-Bration offering available for free with a purchase of $120.00 CDN (before taxes and shipping).

For the base of this 5 7/8" tall lidded box I used a full 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of Pool Party cardstock (item 122924) - scored on the 8 1/2" side at 2 5/8"; and on the 11" side at 2 5/8", 5 1/4", 7 7/8", and 10 1/2".  Before I assembled the base I glued on the DSP panels - cut approximately 1/16" smaller than each side panel of the box.

For the lid I cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock (item 121045) 5 11/16" x 5 11/16", and scored at 1 1/2" on all four sides.  After assembling the lid I glued the  2 1/2" x 2 1/2" DSP panel to the top of the lid.  I used the Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon (item 156485) to tie a bow around the lid.

I also used Pool Party cardstock for the base of the 3" x 3" card.  For the front of the card I matted the DSP panel on a Basic Black cardstock (item 121045) panel, allowing for a 1/16" border.  I "ruffled" the edges of the Basic Black cardstock panel by scraping the blade of my craft knife along the edges.  The Basic White Thick cardstock (item 159229) circles were cut using the Layering Circle dies (item 151770).  For the front of the card I topped the Basic White Thick cardstock circle with two strips of black and white patterned All Together 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (item 160039).  For a little more embellishment for the card front I added one small and one large white dot (Classic Matte Dots - item 158146).  Using an envelope punch board I made the co-ordinating envelope from another piece of the All Together DSP and embellished it with a circle cut from the Friendly Hello DSP using the Layering Circle dies and then added the Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon

For the inside of the card I stamped the sentiment and "dots" with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (item 132708) on the Basic White Thick cardstock circle, to which I also added a strip of the All Together DSP.
