(Ever Eden Specialty Designer Series Paper is part of the Stampin' Up! Eden's Garden Collection, an early-release collection which will be available for order starting on November 2, 2021!)

Hello!

Today I am sharing a few projects I have done using Stampin' Up! Ever Eden Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP), which is part of the Eden's Garden Collection, an early release collection which will be available for order starting on November 2, 2021

The DSP features Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen (two of the 2021-2023 In Colours), as well as White and Gold, and is suitable for all-occasion projects - including Christmas cards and gift packaging!

The first project is a 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Evening Evergreen gatefold card.  In addition to the Ever Eden DSP (item 159996) and Evening Evergreen cardstock (item 155574) I have also used the following cardstock(CS), stamp set(s), dies, ink, and embellishments:

  • Soft Succlent CS (item 155776) for the base mat for the interior center panel, which I have stamped with the large "blotch" stamp from Gorgeous Leaves (item 153365) in Evening Evergreen ink (item 155576); the sentiment label, and for one butterfly on the front panel;
  • Basic White CS (item 159276) for the interior center panel;
  • Gold from the Brushed Metallic 12" x 12" CS (item 153524) for the butterfly and "greenery" on front panel and interior center panel;
  • Intricate Leaves dies (item 153566) for the two Evening Evergreen leaves on the front panel;
  • Meadow dies (item 1558852) for the butterfly;
  • Forever Flourishing dies (item 152714) for the Gold greenery on the front and center panels;
  • Evening Evergreen ink for the sentiment;
  • Stitched So Sweetly dies (151690) for both labels on the front panel;
  • Peaceful Moments stamp set (item 151595) for the sentiment;
  • gold cord from Simply Elegant Trim (item 155766); and
  • button for the center of the gold butterfly is from my Dollar Tree button stash!

The Christmas Cheer card measures 5" x 5" and the card base is Thick Basic White CS (item 159229), as is the interior panel (matted with Evening Evergreen CS) and the sentiment label.  For the flower, flower center, leaves and sprigs, I used the Poinsettia dies (item 153522).  The flower is cut from Cherry Cobbler CS (item 119685); the leaves from Evening Evergreen; the sprigs and top center of the flower from Gold from the Brushed Metallic CS, and the bottom center of the flower from Soft Succulent CS.  The sentiment (from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set (item 158335) has been stamped in Evening Evergreen ink.  The sentiment label has been cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies.  I "flicked" the sentiment label with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Brush (item 141897).

The "Wishing You Every Happiness" card measures 5" x 4" and the card base, as well as the sentiment label, is Soft Succulent CS.  Evening Evergreen CS has been used for two mats on the front panel; the backing sentiment label; and for the mat for the Basic White panel inside the card.  A strip of the Ever Eden DSP has been glued along the bottom of the Basic White panel.  I have used the gold from the Brushed Metallic CS for the middle mat on the front panel.  The sentiment, from the Peaceful Moments stamp set, has been stamped in Evening Evergreen ink. The sentiment panel has been "flicked" with Wink of Stella.  I have adhered a large gold dot from the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots (item 156506) to each end of the Evening Evergreen sentiment backing label.

The "To A Friend" gift card measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" and the card base is Soft Succulent CS.  The sentiment, stamped in Evening Evergreen ink on Basic White, is from the Forever Fern stamp set (item 152559).  I cut a circle from the Ever Eden front panel using the Layering Circles dies (item 151770) and the gold circle frame has also been cut using the Layering Circles dies (the frame has been made by using one circle the same size as the window cut in the DSP panel and the next larger circle).  I backed the DSP opening with a piece of Vellum CS (item 101856), which I embossed using the now-retired Subtle 3D embossing folder) as I just wanted to give a slightly softened effect to the sentiment.  I have used the Meadow dies to cut the butterflies from Soft Succulent CS and the gold (Brushed Metallic CS) leaves.  The gold "sprigs" have been cut using the Forever Flourishing dies.  I also adhered one large and two small gold dots from the Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots.  A panel cut from Basic White has been adhered to the inside of the card.

The co-ordinating envelope has been made from the Ever Eden DSP using an envelope punch board, and White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding (item 151326) has been used for the bow, which has been accented with a piece of Simply Elegant Trim gold cord.

My final project for today is a 5" x 3 1/2" Soft Succulent card.  For the gold (Brushed Metallic CS) snowflake tag I have used the Giving Gifts dies (item 156563) and the Tailored Made Tags dies (item 155563).  The gold tag is adhered to a Soft Succulent tag (Tailor Made Tags die), which has been stamped (2nd generation) with snowflakes from the Peaceful Cabin stamp set (item 156395) in Evening Evergreen ink. A bow from Simply Elegant Trim gold cord has been tied on the tag. I also did 2nd generation stamping of the snowflakes inside the card around the sentiment label.  The sentiment, which has been stamped on Soft Succulent, is also from the Peaceful Cabin stamp set, and has been stamped in Evening Evergreen ink.  The sentiment label is cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies and has been adhered to an Ever Eden DSP panel, which has then been matted with Evening Evergreen CS.
