Hello,

Today is the last day of Sale-A-Bration!!  Sale-A-Bration is a great opportunity to earn free products, such as the Feels Like Home stamp set and Summer Shadows dies featured on today's card, with qualifying orders, so don't miss out!

The card I am sharing today is a 5" x 5" Gray Granite card featuring the Feels Like Home stamp set.  The image has been stamped on watercolour paper using Tuxedo Black ink and then coloured using Basic Gray watercolour pencil (Watercolour Pencils Assortment 1 - item 141709).

Before cutting the circle opening in the Gray Granite front panel I embossed the panel using the Pinewood Plank 3D embossing folder (which has now been retired and replaced by the Timber 3D embossing folder - item 156406). To cut the circle openings in both the Gray Granite embossed panel and in the Basic Black panel I used the Layering Circles dies (item 151770). I have lightly inked the edges and around the inside of the circle of the embossed panel with Crumb Cake ink using a sponge.

The sentiment is also from the Feels Like Home stamp set and has been stamped in Tuxedo Black ink on Gray Granite and then cut out using the small tag from the Ornate Frames dies (item 150664).

The flower and leaves have been cut using the Summer Shadows dies - the flower from So Saffron and the leaves from Mossy Meadow.  The center of the flower has been cut from Gray Granite using the Poppy Moments dies (item 151594).  I also lightly sponged the edges of the flower center with Crumb Cake ink.

I have used the Gray Granite patterned paper from the 6" x 6" Neutrals Designer Series Paper Assortment (item 155226), which I then matted with Basic Black to have the same narrow border as the embossed panel.

I made a co-ordinating envelope from a sheet of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper I still had in my stash using an envelope punch board and have used the White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding to tie a bow on the envelope.  I always need to have a co-ordinating envelope and sometimes have to raid my stash to find just the right paper!

You can see other projects I have made featuring Sale-A-Bration products on Pinterest (pinterest.ca/archiesatelier) and on my website (archiesatelier.stampinup.net).

Thank you for visiting and have fun creating!
